Motivation and Reward
Our client was keen to tap into the market that existed within it's own workforce.

Having run several schemes in the past with mixed results, our client was keen to ensure that employees became ambassadors for the business in which they worked, whether they were in sales, delivery, cleaning or management. With thousands of workers on the books, the potential reach of this approach represented a huge opportunity if only they could find a simple and effective communication tool that would reward innovation, spread good practice and promote teamwork.
Our client was serious about the rewards that could be made available, they wanted their employees to be talking to their family and friends about these rewards and in turn underline company values to a wider audience.
The blutech team set about putting together a centralised and strategic IT network that connected any single employee to an interactive, simple and fun information area that would not only explain the role of each person in the organisation but would actively encourage the praise of individuals by their fellow workers. By listening and by agile implementation of IT strategy we'd created a system that could give small daily rewards for employees as voted by their peeers or even when someone was having a bad day. Daily rewards such as cinema tickets or restaurant vouchers were backed up with larger weekly and monthly rewards not necessarily related to achievement at work.
We measure results of the take up of products and services by friends and family - eve we were surpised when the data came in. Take up had more than doubled. The best return on investment for any promotion the client has ever run.
The system continues to this day, with the flexibility for th eclient to add ingenious new rewards at any time.
